We are currently looking for a Purchasing and PM Coordinator in Reno, NV.

Requirements

  • Responsible for researching and purchasing parts, controls and organizes inventory and manages the computerized PM/Inventory program.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains accurate inventories of all maintenance parts, which includes the organization of the parts.
  • Partners with vendors to ensure we are obtaining quality parts at a competitive price and in a timely manner.
  • Inputs all data needed, for the PMC program.
  • Manages work requests, manages work orders, and manages PM’s for the Maintenance PMC system.
  • Researches possible upgrades or crossovers for existing parts that have a large failure rate or are outdated.
  • Ensures all applicable purchases are received and input into the system; and proper paperwork is forwarded to accounting.
  • Organize paperwork and store as appropriate in filing system.
  • Research issues as needed to ensure smooth processing of paperwork.
  • Follow established departmental policies, procedures, objectives and safety standards.
  • Must attend all company and department required trainings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
