About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing & Order Coordinator to support purchasing operations within a high-volume screen printing and production environment. This role is responsible for entering vendor orders, maintaining accurate purchasing records, tracking incoming materials, and supporting day-to-day buying activities to help keep production running efficiently.

Requirements

  • Previous purchasing or buying experience required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be flexible with schedule and work hours based on business demands
  • Ability to adapt and assist with additional responsibilities as needed
  • Reliable attendance and professional work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in apparel, manufacturing, production, or screen printing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and process purchase orders from vendors
  • Review pricing, quantities, and product details for accuracy
  • Coordinate orders for apparel, production supplies, and related materials
  • Maintain purchasing files, reports, and vendor documentation
  • Communicate with vendors regarding order updates, shortages, and discrepancies
  • Track shipments and delivery timelines to support production schedules
  • Work closely with production, warehouse, and management teams
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into company systems
  • Assist with additional duties and special projects as needed
