About The Position

The Purchasing & Inventory Control Professional will coordinate purchasing activities to ensure optimal stock levels for inventory needs. This role involves monitoring supplier performance, analyzing inventory usage, and implementing inventory control protocols to ensure efficiency and compliance. The professional will also develop reports, support supplier negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align purchasing with production schedules. Additionally, this role will identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in inventory management system improvements and audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement and inventory management.
  • Knowledge of procurement strategies and inventory control systems.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory and procurement software, as well as data analysis tools.
