About The Position

The Accelerated Leadership Program is comprised of four six-month rotations that provide cross-departmental exposure. Each rotation can be located at any of our facilities throughout the North American Region (USA, Mexico and Canada), including the possibility for other international rotations. The first rotation will start in Wooster, Ohio. Upon graduation of the program, a permanent position in Wooster, Ohio is guaranteed. The program aims to develop best practices and evolve participants into leaders at Schaeffler, providing knowledge alongside experts in relevant and cross-functional departments. Training is based on the 70:20:10 model, emphasizing hands-on experience, mentoring, and formal training, along with leadership training and tools. Participants will complete rotation development milestones, receive company housing for the duration of the program (two years), and a competitive salary and benefits, becoming equipped for their guaranteed position upon graduation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
3.0 minimum GPA
At least two rotations of relevant co-ops or internships
Thorough understanding of engineering principals
Excellent Organization and Communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
