The Purchasing Coordinator supports the efforts of the Purchasing Department. This role involves data entry, spreadsheet creation and maintenance, rebate tracking, file maintenance, and other record-keeping functions. The coordinator interfaces with vendors at all levels and internally with employees and co-workers to ensure the exactness of materials/services. They must maintain current knowledge of purchasing policies and procedures, quotations, different types of purchase orders, and vendor confidentiality. The position also involves expediting the delivery of goods, items, and services, and adhering to Support Services Policies and Procedures. The role requires demonstrating actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s mission and values, ensuring prompt notification of any observed illegal acts or ethics violations, and showing a commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service.
