Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for a Purchasing Coordinator to complete a variety of purchasing duties.

Requirements

  • MS Office, to include intermediate Excel skills, and similar business software applications.
  • One to two years’ experience with inventory control and receiving experience.
  • General knowledge of verifying and receiving supplies and components from international and domestic suppliers

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP (SAP or Oracle) preferred.
  • Knowledge of HORIBA STEC parts a plus.

Responsibilities

  • All procurement related tasks to include creating and maintaining purchase orders.
  • Expedite, cancel and push-out orders as directed.
  • Drop ship orders in coordination with suppliers.
  • Set up new vendors
  • Request quotes, price updates, tax codes and shipping terms.
