About The Position

Temp Coordinator - Purchasing to join our Purchasing team. Position Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with 1 (one) hour lunch unpaid Starting pay: $15.00/hr MUST HAVE A RESUME TO APPLY The Coordinator--Purchasing will assist in the day-to-day ordering process, including but not limited to creating Purchase Orders, emailing and communicating with vendors, and tracking orders. They will work with the planning and production departments to ensure they have all materials and expense items needed by a set deadline.

Requirements

  • Computer skills (proficient with Excel, e-mail, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and multi-task

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English and Spanish is beneficial, but not required
  • Previous forecasting experience
