About The Position

The Purchasing Clerk assists with planning and managing received products and the daily storage of goods. The role helps maintain a safe, sanitary work environment that conforms to EOS Hospitality, Hawks Cay, and Florida Department of Health requirements. The clerk initiates purchase orders for equipment, storage items, and small wares as requested by the Purchasing Manager, and arranges service calls for kitchen equipment and coolers as requested by the Purchasing Team.

The position is expected to lead by example, embody the resort’s service culture, help develop a highly engaged team, and uphold high standards of luxury hospitality and guest experience.

Requirements

• Literate in English and math.
• Computer experience; Excel experience is a plus.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift and carry 60 pounds.
• Able to stand for long durations of the workday.

• Good handwriting.
