Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for a Purchasing Clerk in Reno, NV.

Requirements

  • One year experience using SAP to complete various transactions.
  • MS Office to include intermediate Excel skills, and similar business software applications
  • One to two years’ experience with inventory control and receiving experience.

Responsibilities

  • All procurement related tasks to include creating and maintaining purchase orders.
  • Expedite, cancel and push-out orders as directed.
  • Request quotes, price updates, tax codes and shipping terms.
  • Verify invoices before parts are received into SAP.
  • Investigate invoice inaccuracies to include receiving errors, price discrepancies, incorrect quantity, part numbers, price, or serial numbers listed on invoices.
  • Handle AP discrepancies/revisions.
