Purchasing Coordinator
About The Position
Coordinate purchasing efforts between operations, finance and procurement functions to ensure optimization of pricing, timely administration of purchasing documents, and quick resolution of discrepancies. Process requisition requests in Zycus and SAP to support Production, Warehouse and Maintenance department needs Work with Finance and AP to ensure invoices cleared from the blocked list; includes resolving quantity and net PO price discrepancies Deliver savings by identifying pricing opportunities and working with procurement to negotiate pricing and consolidate purchasing to leverage volume with vendors Resolution of GR/IR discrepancies to ensure accurate P&L impact of purchases We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
