About The Position

As a member of our Procurement team, you will take ownership of orders from the point of purchase through delivery. Your focus will be on entering purchase orders into our systems and staying on top of every active order as it moves through its lifecycle. Your work ensures suppliers receive accurate, complete purchase orders; our Procurement Team has timely updates on shipments and testing; and accounting has clean, error-free records to process payments against. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are paramount in this role, since you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our suppliers and multiple internal teams. This position builds on the core requirements shared across all Procurement roles, with adaptability being critical as you balance order entry, supplier relationships, and cross-team coordination on any given day.

Requirements

• Technically savvy with modern platforms (Google Suite, etc.).
• Keen attention to detail and ability to perform recurring tasks accurately and precisely, particularly regarding data entry.
• Autonomous and capable of managing your own time and workflows.
• Comfortable with phone communication and able to think quickly on your feet during conversations.
• Capable of balancing multiple tasks without becoming overwhelmed.
• Welcomes constructive feedback to help you develop in your role.
• Teachable attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ERP systems is great, but not required.

Responsibilities
