About The Position

Anderson Communities is seeking a Punch Technician (Construction Lead) to join their team. The company's goal is Building Better Communities, and they are looking for great people to join them. The team works mostly in Lexington, Georgetown, Versailles and occasionally at their property in Louisville. This is a full-time, not contract-based, Kentucky-based employment opportunity.

Requirements

Framing Experience Required
Full understanding of processes from start to finish on a jobsite
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
High attention to detail and quality
Must have good communication and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally
Valid driver’s license
Successfully complete pre-employment background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

General remodel or construction experience, highly preferred
Light plumbing, electrical, and/or carpentry experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

Mechanical demolition
Framing prep, organizing, and clean up
Completing work items from punch list and prime prep
Minor electrical and plumbing tasks may be required

Benefits
