The Community Punch Technician / Community Punch Manager is responsible for vacant apartment turn to include: Turnkey operations, punch items, preventative maintenance, and quality control of outside contractors. This role involves scheduling vendors, ensuring timely completion of vacant unit turns, guiding community management staff on maintenance-related issues, and resolving complex maintenance work orders. The position requires a hands-on approach, assisting in the completion of work orders, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations. The ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines is essential. Various other tasks related to maintenance operations will be assigned. Weekend work and on-call duty rotation are required.
