You will communicate with students, faculty, staff, and guests both in person and through various platforms including phone and email, ensuring a positive and professional customer service experience. In this role, Student Assistants will issue parking permits through the T2 Flex system, maintain accurate records of all transactions, and assist in organizing files and documentation. They will support office operations by completing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, preparing memos, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The role also involves handling daily mail distribution and managing both incoming and outgoing correspondence. Student Assistants will be responsible for delivering documents and supplies across campus while maintaining confidentiality and discretion. Additionally, Student Assistants will assist with scheduling appointments, supporting campus events.
