About The Position

KCSA Strategic Communications is seeking a high-energy, curious, and driven Public Relations Account Executive passionate about media to join their Media & Advertising PR team. This team specializes in working with companies advancing market-changing technologies in the advertising, marketing, media, and streaming industries. The role involves elevating the stories of companies transforming consumer content. The ideal candidate will be a public relations professional ready to become a trusted partner to clients and colleagues.

Requirements

2+ years of PR experience in an agency setting, preferably in the adtech/martech space.
Confident communicator and relationship-builder, both with clients and media.
Thrives in collaborative environments and is a passionate storyteller.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Participate in client-facing activities for 5-6 accounts.
Work with teams to draft press releases and conference/award submissions, pitch media, create messaging documents, and assemble status reports for clients.
Develop and strengthen media relationships with top-tier mainstream media and industry trade publications.
Bring fresh thinking to brainstorms and campaign development, helping clients to break through in a crowded media landscape.
