About The Position

Boralex is seeking a motivated intern to support its Public and Community Affairs team in advancing renewable energy development and stakeholder engagement efforts. The intern will assist with policy research, media and community outreach, volunteer events, and the development of communications materials, while monitoring industry trends and public sentiment. This role offers hands-on exposure to the intersection of clean energy, public policy, and community relations, including participation in stakeholder meetings and project coordination. Ideal candidates are strong writers, highly organized, and interested in renewable energy and public affairs.

Requirements

Student enrolled in a university program
Experience and/or strong interest in communications
Ability to report and document information accurately and on time
Quick learner capable of meeting tight deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork skills; autonomous, rigorous, and results-oriented
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite

Responsibilities
