About The Position
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene. Administer medications and monitor resident health status regularly. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Current and valid nursing license.
