About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Program Manager for an outpatient rehabilitation program at Aspire Senior Living in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The role serves residents in assisted living and independent living, with a focus on higher-functioning residents. The Program Manager treats patients while gaining leadership experience through administrative duties, including scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager. This position offers full-time and part-time opportunities and a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no weekends or evenings. New graduates are welcome.

Requirements

• Current license, or ability to obtain one, as a therapist or assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in the outpatient rehabilitation program.
• Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling.
• Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Act as a lead in the building and develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
