About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house store operations in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. The role may include greeting customers, running products, cashiering, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and smooth store operations. The associate works collaboratively with the store team to provide welcoming, memorable customer experiences and contribute to retail excellence. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

The position requires open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends. Compensation is $15.00–$17.00 USD, with the offer based on relevant experience and work location. Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
