About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities. The role helps ensure smooth store operations and product flow while working collaboratively with a team focused on customer service and retail excellence. Duties may include greeting customers, running items, cashiering, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room. The position requires a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
• Ability to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
