About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house store operations in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities. The role may involve greeting customers, running items, cashiering, answering phones, carrying out operational policies and procedures, handling shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and smooth store operations. The associate works collaboratively with the store team to help deliver excellent customer experiences.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.

• Stock-related experience is a plus.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
