About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced retail environment, adapting to changing priorities and helping ensure smooth store operations and product flow. The role may involve greeting customers, running items, operating the cash register, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, handling shipments, and organizing the stock room. The associate works collaboratively with the store team to deliver excellent service and memorable customer experiences.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Resourcefulness, collaboration, motivation, and efficiency.
