About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house store operations in a fast-paced retail environment with changing priorities. The role may include greeting customers, running items, cashiering, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, packing and unpacking shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and the smooth running of the store. The associate works collaboratively with a team focused on excellent customer service and memorable customer experiences.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Resourceful, collaborative, highly motivated, and efficient.

Nice To Haves

• Stock-related experience is a plus.
• A sense of humor is a plus.
