About The Position

The PT Support Associate supports front-of-house and back-of-house store operations in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. The role may involve greeting customers, running items, operating the register, answering phones, following operational policies and procedures, handling shipments, and organizing the stock room to support product flow and the smooth operation of the store. The associate works collaboratively with the store team to help deliver excellent customer experiences.

This is a seasonal role with a flexible schedule based on business needs. Open availability is required, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required. The stated compensation range is $15.00–$15.00 USD, with the offer based on relevant experience and work location.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
