About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Supervisor for its Levi’s® store at Arizona Mills in Tempe, Arizona. Supervisors are integral members of the store management team, supporting the implementation of strategies and operational excellence to strengthen brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The Supervisor supports store leadership by contributing to sales growth, coaching associates, maintaining effective daily operations, and fostering a welcoming environment with exceptional customer service. The role requires regular movement and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, as well as reliable transportation. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

The posted pay range is $17.50–$29.15 per hour or the higher applicable local, state, or federal minimum wage. Actual pay may vary based on factors including qualifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, shift, and business needs. Requirements

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Ability to comply with store policies, procedures, and programs and follow store management directives.
• Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent movement, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Guide, support, and coach store associates through mentorship and leadership.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Help ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.
• Support implementation of store strategies and operational excellence.
• Follow Levi’s® Stores policies, procedures, programs, and directives from store management.
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
