PT supervisor
About The Position
The PT Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and builds working relationships with personnel at all organizational levels. The supervisor develops relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitates employee training; ensures compliance with safety policies and applicable requirements; and manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency. The position also promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment, implements employee development plans, and ensures employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials, regular evaluations, and coaching.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
