About The Position

This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The employee sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The supervisor develops relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitates training; and ensures employees follow safety policies and applicable requirements. The role manages department resources for output, accuracy, and efficiency, promotes a positive team-oriented environment, and supports employees’ professional growth through development plans, orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, and coaching.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

• Management experience.

Responsibilities
