About The Position

This posting is for a Part-Time Professor position for the Fall 2026 semester, teaching ESL 130: Academic Enhancement in English, Section F300. The course focuses on refining reading and listening skills, improving critical thinking, and developing self-correction strategies in speaking and writing through activities like debates, oral presentations, summaries, and academic essays. The position is located at the Main Campus and requires in-person instruction. The schedule for this section is Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, with professors mutually agreeing on teaching days. Requirements

Master's degree in second language teaching, TESL or related discipline.
Two years of experience teaching ESL at the college/university level.
Previous experience teaching this course or an equivalent ESL course.
Experience with team-teaching.
TESL Certification or equivalent.
Ability to complete all mandatory legislated training.

Responsibilities
