About The Position

This position supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The supervisor sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides effective leadership and fosters working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The position manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency, while promoting a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, cooperation, and continual improvement. It also supports employees’ professional development through orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans as required.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

• Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
