About The Position

The PT Preload Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. The role maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides leadership and cultivates working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The supervisor develops relationships with employees, management, and customers; facilitates training; and ensures employees follow safety policies and applicable department, station, corporate, and local government requirements. The role manages department resources to support output, accuracy, and efficiency and promotes a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, cooperation, and continual improvement. It also supports employees’ professional growth through development plans, orientation, skills and safety training, regular evaluations, and coaching.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
