About The Position

This position supervises, trains, and develops workgroups and holds them accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The employee sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates functional working relationships with personnel throughout the organization.

The supervisor manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency, and promotes a positive, team-oriented environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, interdepartmental cooperation, and continual improvement. The role supports employee development through orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, coaching, and personal development plans.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities
