About The Position

Chestnut Park at Cleveland Circle is hiring a PT Nurse RN/LPN as a Care Nurse Supervisor. The role leads and supports the Resident Care team while helping provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for residents. The nurse conducts assessments, develops personalized care plans, coordinates care with physicians, families, and community providers, and oversees resident wellness, medication management, and clinical compliance. The position also includes mentoring and scheduling Resident Care Assistants and promoting teamwork, respect, and exceptional resident care. The starting rate is $40 per hour.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for serving older adults and supporting a collaborative team.

Nice To Haves

• Assisted living, senior living, or geriatric care experience preferred.

Responsibilities
