PT Hub Supervisor
About The Position
The PT Hub Supervisor supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides leadership and cultivates effective working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The supervisor ensures employees follow safety policies and procedures and that operations comply with department, station, corporate, and OSHA requirements. The role manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency; fosters a positive, team-oriented environment; supports employee development through orientation, training, evaluations, and coaching; and implements personal development plans as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

- Management experience.
