About The Position

The instructor will teach a combination of Computer-Aided Drafting & Design lecture/lab classes each week along with, developing teaching and testing materials for classes. Requirements

Associate's degree in Computer-Aided Drafting & Design or related field
Minimum of three years of related work experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extensive knowledge and experience with CAD software including AutoCAD, Inventor, Civil 3D, Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, 3ds Max, and/or Intergraph CADW orx

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree
Teaching experience in a post-secondary setting
Autodesk Certified Professional

Responsibilities

Teach courses offered in the Computer-Aided Drafting & Design programs as needed by semester
Recommend textbooks and instructional materials
Stay current with trends and innovations in the field
Maintain student academic records
Use LMS (Learning Management System) appropriately for the course
Ensure the safe use of equipment in the classrooms and labs including student safety and equipment safety.
Other duties as assigned
