About The Position

Telos Health Systems is seeking a Psychotherapist to provide mental health evaluations and psychotherapy services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities in the Memphis, Covington, and Collierville, Tennessee areas. The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and clinical and administrative support. The schedule is pay per encounter and fee-for-service, with a minimum commitment of two or more flexible days per week. The position uses a hybrid work model, combining in-person care with virtual charting, and is W-2 employment. The clinician will conduct mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations, provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The role also involves maintaining compliant clinical documentation, coordinating care with facility staff and other healthcare professionals, and adhering to applicable federal, state, and organizational standards and regulations. Billing and authorization responsibilities are handled by the company’s billing team. Requirements

Hold an active Tennessee license as a Licensed Professional Counselor – Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/Ph.D.).
