About The Position

Join a nationwide telehealth practice providing flexible, remote outpatient mental health care. Psychotherapists set their own schedule and manage their caseload with administrative and billing support, allowing them to focus on direct clinical care. The position offers full-time or part-time hours with no minimum requirements. The practice manages credentialing, insurance verification, billing, and client marketing, and provides client matching based on clinical preferences and specialties. Sessions are conducted by video or audio from a home office.

Requirements

• Hold an active, unencumbered state license for independent clinical practice; listed licenses include LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Have an active NPI number.
• Pass a clean background check.
• Have reliable high-speed internet and a computer with a camera and microphone.
• Maintain a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families through a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform.
• Complete clinical documentation, intake assessments, and treatment plans in an integrated EHR.
• Apply therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or psychodynamic therapy, tailored to client needs.
