About The Position

Join a nationwide telehealth practice providing flexible, remote outpatient mental health care. Clinicians build their own schedules and manage their caseloads with full administrative and billing support, allowing them to focus on direct clinical care. The position can be full-time or part-time, with no minimum-hours requirement.

The practice manages credentialing, insurance verification, billing, and client marketing. Client matching is based on clinicians’ clinical preferences and specialties. Sessions are conducted remotely by video or audio using a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.

Requirements

• Hold an active, unencumbered state license for independent clinical practice as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD.
• Have an active NPI number.
• Pass a clean background check.
• Have reliable high-speed internet, a computer with a camera and microphone, and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families via a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform.
• Complete clinical documentation, intake assessments, and treatment plans in an integrated EHR.
• Apply therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or psychodynamic therapy tailored to client needs.
