About The Position

Warrior Vets Medical Services, PLLC seeks psychologists to provide in-person general medical evaluations to current and former U.S. military veterans. Evaluations take place in the psychologist’s practice, are conducted once per veteran, and typically last 60 to 90 minutes. The encounters do not involve ongoing treatment. The company pays up to $150 per hour, compensates each evaluation, and remits payment within 45 days after encounter documentation is submitted through its records system. The schedule is arranged around clinician availability. The current need is for 2–3 days per week, with appointments scheduled between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.; each day’s appointments total no more than eight hours. The company’s back-office support team handles administrative work, including Veterans Administration contracting, contractor liaison, and payment, so clinicians can focus on patient care. Part-time and full-time options are available; part-time clinicians work as independent contractors.

Requirements

Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
Active and unrestricted psychology license.
At least one year of clinical work experience after post-doctorate credentialing.
Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision.
Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills.
