About The Position

Warrior Vets Medical Services, PLLC is seeking a licensed psychologist to provide in-person general psychological evaluations for current and former U.S. military veterans. The role involves traveling to different clinics throughout the United States; applicants may be based anywhere in the country. Evaluations are one-time appointments, typically lasting 60 to 90 minutes, with no ongoing treatment responsibilities. The company schedules a series of appointments totaling no more than eight hours per day. The clinician can create a schedule around their availability. Current demand is two to three days per week, with part-time and full-time options available. A clinical psychology team provides training on working with veterans and ongoing clinical support. The back-office team manages administrative work, including Veterans Administration contracting, contractor liaison, and payment. Compensation is a competitive flat daily rate, with payment remitted within 45 days after documentation is submitted through the company’s records system.

Requirements

Consent to a 100% travel schedule.
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
Active and unrestricted psychology license.
At least one year of clinical work experience after post-doctorate credentialing.
Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision.
Strong written and oral interpersonal communication skills.
