About The Position
Centurion Health in Florida is seeking a seasoned licensed Clinical Psychologist to join their team at Central Florida Reception Center in Orlando, Florida. This facility is a male correctional reception center serving the central Florida area, with daily patient transports and outpatient mental health services. The Psychological Services Director (PSD) will provide psychological leadership, consultation, and direct services within this correctional setting. The PSD will lead a multidisciplinary team in assessing and treating mental and emotional disorders of incarcerated patients, and will coordinate and oversee behavioral health services for the mental health team within the assigned facility.
Requirements
- Must hold PsyD or PhD from a US accredited university program
- Must have successfully completed post-doc requirements
- Fully Licensed Florida Clinical Psychologist
- Supervisory experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Must be able to pass credentialing and background check
- Work legally in the United States without sponsorship
Nice To Haves
- Prior locked unit experience is highly desired
