About The Position
Centurion is seeking a Psychiatrist to join their team at Baldwin State Prison in Hardwick, Georgia. The Psychiatrist will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide behavioral health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in a correctional setting.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school required
- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
- Active and unrestricted medical license or the ability to obtain licensure
- Must show/be able to obtain active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration
- Ability to pass credentialing and background check
Responsibilities
- Provide behavioral health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in a correctional setting.
