Position Summary: The Psychiatrist will provide psychiatric diagnostic and therapeutic care to patients with mental, emotional, behavioral disorders, and substance use disorders. This role involves assisting in the direction of inpatient and/or outpatient Psychiatric Units. The Psychiatrist will provide senior back-up coverage and weekend coverage as assigned by the Hospital’s Medical Director and/or Hospital’s CEO/Managing Director. Responsibilities include administrative services and carrying an appropriate inpatient and/or outpatient case load as assigned. The Psychiatrist is expected to attend 75% of physician meetings and 75% of MedExec meetings.
