About The Position

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join their collaborative and well-established Behavioral Health team serving communities north of Boston. This unique position offers a diverse practice model across outpatient, integrated behavioral health, and emergency psychiatric evaluation settings throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. The role follows a 7-week rotating schedule. Weeks 1-6 include 3 days of providing integrated behavioral health services at Mass General Brigham, Haverhill, MA, and 2 days of providing outpatient mental health care at MGB Behavioral Health in Dover, NH. Every 7th week consists of full-week coverage at Wentworth-Douglas Hospital in Dover, NH, collaborating closely with the emergency department and other hospital-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive psychiatric care throughout the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire communities
• Collaborate closely with primary care physicians, behavioral health clinicians, and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver timely psychiatric evaluations and treatment recommendations
• Support coordinated, patient-centered behavioral health care throughout the community
• Participate in a rotating call schedule
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality, productivity, and collaboration within the practice
• Develop referral and educational relationships within Mass General Brigham and throughout the local medical community
