Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who lives in the state where they practice. The position provides ongoing telemedicine care to a diverse population, primarily adults and adolescents, with mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. Clinicians must be willing to treat clients aged 14 and older. Thriveworks does not push or incentivize stimulant medication; prescribing decisions are left to the clinician based on each client’s symptoms and diagnosis. The organization does not currently treat substance use disorders and aims to refer clients to in-person providers when their symptoms are too severe for telemedicine-only care. This is a part-time, fee-for-service W-2 position requiring 15–20 hours of availability per week. The stated annual compensation range is $65,000–$94,000, based on 15–20 clinical hours per week. Clinicians complete in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach, followed by a brief exam. New hires are enrolled in the ADHD Clinic and are expected to accept and treat ADHD clients, but there are no quotas for the number of clients or prescriptions. Thriveworks is a clinician-founded and clinician-led mental health provider with more than 340 locations and a nationwide hybrid care model. It serves over 175,000 clients annually through more than 1.7 million sessions and describes its work environment as offering clinical support, professional development, and a collaborative team culture.
