•$65,000 - $93,000•Remote

About The Position

Thriveworks is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Smyrna, Georgia. This fee-for-service W-2 position offers a salary range of $65,000–$93,000 per year based on 15–20 clinical hours per week. The work is performed through ongoing telemedicine, and clinicians must be licensed and live in the state where they practice. Nurse Practitioners provide care to a diverse population with mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Clients are primarily adults and adolescents, and clinicians must be willing to treat clients age 14 and older. Thriveworks does not push or incentivize stimulant medications; prescribing decisions remain at the clinician’s discretion based on each client’s symptoms and diagnosis. The organization does not currently treat substance use disorders and aims to refer clients to in-person providers when symptoms are too severe for telemedicine alone. New hires complete in-house training on ADHD treatment standards, guidelines, and approach, followed by a certification exam. New hires are enrolled in the ADHD Clinic and expected to treat ADHD clients, without quotas for client volume or prescriptions. The position includes clinical support and collaboration with Regional Clinic Directors and staff.
