About The Position

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide expert mental health services, including psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing, specialized in Psychiatric-Mental Health.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing.
• Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills across a variety of psychiatric disorders.
• Ability to establish effective therapeutic relationships with patients.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
• Board Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Nurse Practitioner license valid for practice in New York State.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities
