About The Position

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) provides psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, care, and treatment across Argus Community, Inc.’s continuum of care, including outpatient, residential, and rehabilitation programs. This role serves as a key clinical practitioner responsible for medication management and support of integrated care coordination efforts. The PNP will work across multiple sites, provide in-person and telehealth services, and support continuity of care for clients transitioning between levels of care. In addition to direct clinical services, the PNP will play a role in building and standardizing medication management practices as part of Argus’ developing centralized medical department. The PNP will operate in a 20% administrative / 80% direct clinical service model, balancing administrative tasks with direct oversight and engagement in clinical care delivery. However, due to the fluidity of the services, there are weeks where the balance can change.
