About The Position

Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking a compassionate, experienced, bilingual Spanish-speaking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to provide psychiatric services in a hybrid arrangement in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, and through telehealth to patients throughout New Jersey. The role includes one required onsite weekday per week from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at a partner adult day care center, with additional telehealth appointments scheduled according to patient needs, caseload availability, and provider preferences. This is not a fully remote position; applicants must be available for both onsite and telehealth services. The specific onsite weekday will be coordinated with the selected provider. Mindify offers an established patient caseload and ongoing referrals, administrative scheduling and coordination support, company-provided malpractice insurance, access to a collaborating psychiatrist and a collaborative agreement, and a supportive interdisciplinary team. Compensation is per completed visit: $70–$90 for initial psychiatric evaluations and $45–$60 for follow-up medication management. Compensation depends on experience, credentials, qualifications, and clinical expertise. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Malpractice coverage and the collaborative agreement apply only while the provider is actively contracted with Mindify and do not extend to patients seen through outside employment, private practice, or another organization. Part-time or full-time W-2 opportunities may be considered in the future based on organizational needs and mutual interest, but W-2 employment is not guaranteed.
