About The Position
We are urgently hiring Personal Support Specialists (PSSs) in Kennebunk, Wells, Biddeford, and surrounding towns. The role provides in-home support, including personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, errands, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. Shifts are available in the morning, afternoon, or evening, with flexible weekday and weekend scheduling in 1–4 hour blocks that can be combined for full-time or part-time hours.
Requirements
- Active PSS certification.
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
- Comfort with English communication and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene.
- Help clients with safe transfers and mobility.
- Prepare meals, run errands, provide medication reminders, and perform light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship.
