About The Position

The PSP Reconciliation Analyst carries out daily transaction-level reconciliations of payment providers and reconciles settlements. The role reviews player financial activity and transactions to help minimize financial risk and fraud, checks and posts payment provider charges, refunds, and chargebacks, and investigates discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and payment service providers. The analyst also supports month-end reconciliations, ad-hoc finance tasks, and financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• A positive can-do attitude and great attention to detail.
• Enjoy learning and have a genuine interest in iGaming and slot machine games.
• Be capable of working as a team player.

• Experience in a payment service provider or financial institution, or experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily transaction-level payment provider reconciliations and follow up on discrepancies with the payments team.
• Review player financial activity and transactions to minimize financial risk and fraud cases.
• Check and post payment service provider charges, refunds, and chargebacks.
• Reconcile and monitor payment provider settlements.
• Liaise with payment service providers and the Fraud and Risk team regarding identified discrepancies.
• Assist with payment service provider reconciliations during month-end.
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks requested by the finance team.
• Support financial reporting and analysis.
